After studying the “Falezze” territory for several years, he began the adventurous experience in the cellar and produced the first bottles of Amarone and Valpolicella.
In 2013 the magazine "L'Espresso" included reports on the owner of the Falezze winery as an "outsider".
Together with Maestro Simone Cenedese, he created a selection of ten five-litre bottles in blown glass to celebrate the first vintage of the Amarone DOCG.
He was interviewed on the television programme "TGR Expo Un Mondo di regione" for the project "Amarone 2010 DOCG with a bottle of Murano by Maestro Simone Cenedese".
In 2016 he was awarded the best Amarone in competition at Mundus Vini (reference contest in the German market). In December 2016 he was commissioned by Til Schweiger to produce the "Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Valentin".
In 2017 Falezze is included in Wine Italy - New entries - at the Merano Wine Festival
In 2018 he passed the state exam and became a professional BIOLOGIST. He is a member of the National Order of Biologists with n. AA_080799.
He currently collaborates with many Michelin and Italian restaurants, both starred and on the Michelin Guide.
